8 - Verify alarm system status per owner instructions

10 - Replace detector batteries as needed using owner allowance

FAQ

What if I visit for a few months out of the summer?

You can opt to pause your services during the time you are here or continue them. Premium and Executive can add in a grocery pick up and delivery once per week while visiting to replace weekly checks. Any items you wish to be taken to the dump or donation center can also be picked up during that time. (subject to approval and not require a truck to haul).

What if I'm a snowbird and I just leave for a few months during the winter?

Seasonal clients are accepted.

What happens if there is an issue or emergency at my home?

I act as your on-the-ground point of contact, coordinating immediate response and keeping you informed. Vendors are scheduled and managed on your behalf, and urgent issues are addressed promptly to protect your property.

How is access to my home handled?

Access is managed securely based on your preferences. I serve as a trusted keyholder and ensure the home is properly secured after each visit. Any vendor access is coordinated and monitored.

Can I use my own vendors?

Yes. I am happy to work with your preferred vendors or recommend trusted, licensed, and insured professionals as needed.

Are you insured?

Yes. I carry appropriate business insurance and work only with licensed and insured vendors.

How often are visits performed?

Visit frequency depends on your selected service level and the needs of your home. Weekly visits are standard, with increased frequency available for higher-tier services.

What is needed to get started?

We begin with an in-person consultation to review your home, systems, and preferences. From there, a customized service plan and allowance are established.

How does the concierge allowance work?

A set allowance is held on account for approved expenses such as vendor services, supplies, or requested items. Detailed monthly statements with receipts and remaining balances are provided.

Will I receive updates after visits?

Yes. After each visit, you will receive a detailed update, including any observations, completed tasks, and any recommended follow-up.

Do you check the home after storms or extreme weather?

Yes. Weather-related checks are included, and additional visits can be performed as needed to ensure your home remains protected.

Do you take on many homes?

I intentionally limit the number of homes I manage to ensure each client receives consistent, high-quality service and attention to detail.
