406 Flathead Property Management is owned and operated by Tahnee Langford. My family and I moved to Montana several years ago to raise our family and build a life centered around everything this area has to offer — space, nature, community, and a slower, more intentional pace of living.

As a naturally detail-oriented person (and a bit of a perfectionist), I’ve always been drawn to organizing, coordinating, and making sure everything runs exactly as it should. Over time, property management and concierge-style services became a natural fit — combining structure, communication, and hands-on care.

At 406 Flathead Property Management, I take a more personal approach than larger companies. I intentionally keep my business small so I can give each property the level of care and attention it deserves, while also being present for my husband and kids — something that’s very important to me. Whether it’s a long-term rental or a second home, I treat each property with the same level of attention and responsibility as if it were my own. I also own a residential cleaning business, and I enjoy making homes feel picture-perfect for each arrival — from ensuring everything is spotless to adding thoughtful touches. I love preparing homes for special moments, whether that’s decorating for holidays, setting things up for a birthday, or simply creating a space that feels welcoming and ready the moment you walk in.

From finding the right tenants to coordinating maintenance and keeping owners informed, my goal is simple — to make ownership feel easy, organized, and stress-free.
